(KCPW News) Just one month after environmental groups secured a major win in the battle over regulating carbon dioxide emissions at coal-fired power plants, Environmental Protection Agency Administrator Stephen Johnson filed a contrary ruling. Now the future of coal power is up in the air, as the Bush Administration has punted the controversy to Barack Obama's incoming EPA chief. KCPW's Elizabeth Ziegler spoke with Sierra Club attorney David Bookbinder about the contrary rulings.
